NTG mice
NTG mice are a severe combined immunodeficiency mice strain prepared by SpePharm (Beijing) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. using CRISPR/Cas9 technology to knock out the IL2rg (interleukin 2 receptor subunit gamma) gene on the basis of NOD-SCID mice with Prkdc (Protein kinase, DNA-activated, catalytic polypeptide, also known as scid) gene mutation.
