Import animal ordering process

1. Confirm mouse information and send ordering requirements:

The purchaser sends detailed ordering requirements, such as product names, quantities, gender, and age, to the Spbio import and export manager, Zhao Xuan, at zhaoxuan@spfbio.com or by phone at 010-61160887.

2. The company provides a quotation:

Spbio generally provides a quotation and expected import delivery time within 1-2 working days.

3. Signing the contract:

After reviewing the quotation, the purchaser s the order and signs a sales contract with Spbio.

Four, prepayment for animals and formal order:

After the contract is signed, the purchaser contacts Spafas to issue an invoice and prepay for the animals. Spafas will place an order with the foreign supplier and the final delivery date after receiving the payment. To shorten the ordering time, the purchaser must complete the payment as soon as possible.

Five, shipment and arrival of mice:

Notify the purchaser by email about 10 days before the mice are shipped. After arriving in China, the mice will be transported to a quarantine facility for 14/30 days of isolation and feeding according to quarantine requirements. After the isolation period, Spafas will deliver the mice to the purchaser.
